Refund Policy for Kitten Adoption At NYCRagdolls, we prioritize the well-being of our kittens and their new families. If for any reason you find that you can no longer keep your kitten, please contact us within 2 weeks of adoption to discuss the possibility a partial refund. After the 2-week period, while we can assist with rehoming the kitten, we cannot guarantee any refunds. Your understanding and commitment to the welfare of our kittens are appreciated. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on deposits for future litters. We encourage you to be certain about your decision before placing a deposit. Deposit will count towards the final adoption fee. Thank you for your understanding.
