Deposit Agreement

This deposit secures your chosen kitten with @nycragdolls and ensures that it is reserved exclusively for you. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the final adoption balance. By signing below, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

A reservation deposit is required to secure your chosen kitten. The deposit amount will be applied toward your final adoption balance. All deposits are accepted exclusively via Zelle, ensuring a seamless and secure transaction. The remaining balance is due at pickup or prior to delivery. Scheduling will be arranged after approval, with delivery available for an additional fee if applicable. Kittens will be released to their new homes only once they have reached the appropriate age for adoption. If the client chooses not to move forward with the adoption, the deposit will be forfeited.

By submitting this deposit, the client acknowledges that it is a reservation toward the selected kitten. The client understands and agrees that all deposits are non-refundable, as they secure the kitten exclusively for them and remove it from availability to other families. In the event that NYC Ragdolls is unable to complete the adoption for reasons within our control, the reservation deposit will be refunded in full. NYC Ragdolls reserves the right to cancel or postpone an adoption in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to suspected illness, injury, veterinary concerns, or any condition that may affect the kitten’s health, safety, or suitability for placement. In such cases, the Buyer may receive a full refund of the reservation deposit or may choose to transfer the deposit toward another available kitten, subject to availability.

Please submit your deposit within one (1) hour of completing this form, and await the confirmation of receipt. If the deposit is not received within the specified timeframe, the reservation will be voided.
